Advanced Chemical Analysis If you have Panspectral Analysis installed, you may use a biometric scanner to open a green data envelope after 5 seconds of uninterrupted study You are more inclined to be curious about biological systems of any kind
Advanced EM Analysis If you have Panspectral Analysis installed, you may use a radiological scanner to open a red data envelope after 5 seconds of uninterrupted study You are inclined to do things just to see what would happen
Universal Assembly You may use resources to construct all equipment found on the starting equipment list You are more inclined to believe that any problem is surmountable with the right tools
Universal Disassembly You may disassemble items to retrieve some of the resources used in their construction You are inclined to believe that everything becomes redundant at some point
Optimised Disassembly If you have Universal Assembly installed, you may disassemble items to retrieve the majority of the resources used in their construction You are inclined toward fomenting change, even at the cost of existing systems

You can remove and add engrams during downtime, as long as you do not exceed your Capacity
