Character creation has four steps: expertise, skills, equipment and details
Use the rules below to create your character.
Remember to include the character's name, faction, and kit choices.

There is a limit of 10 characters per faction. If your faction is oversubscribed, we will get in touch and discuss with you whether you would like to create a different character or be placed in a queue
You must pick an expertise for your character This reflects the structure of their neurophysiology, and gives access to some advanced skills You may not change your expertise in play

You have four skill points to spend
Any unspent skill points are wasted
Some skills cost more or less for characters from specific factions
Some skills have prerequisite skills you must purchase first

Quick reflexes | You may ‘DODGE’ up to twice a day |
Duellist | You may ‘PARRY’ up to twice a day |
Expert duellist | You may ‘PARRY’ up to four times a day |
Conditioning | You have one additional hit |
Extreme Conditioning | You have a further additional hit |
Survivor | You have an additional 100 seconds of death count |
Consummate Survivor | You have an additional 200 seconds of death count |
Spray and pray | You may call ‘MASS SINGLE’ with an infantry weapon |
Support gunner | You may call ‘MASS DOUBLE’ with a support weapon |
Short controlled bursts | You may call ‘TRIPLE’ with an infantry weapon |
Heavy Gunner | You may call ‘QUAD’ with a support weapon |
Assault training | You may call ‘DOUBLE STRIKEDOWN’ with a shotgun |

Geologist | You may use a survey scanner to open a blue data envelope after 60 seconds of uninterrupted study |

Armourer | You may use resources to construct all forms of arms and armour found in the starting equipment list |
Technician | You may use resources to construct all kits, scanners and other devices found in the starting equipment list |
Scavenger | You may disassemble items to retrieve some of the resources used in their construction |
Reclamation Specialist | You may disassemble items to retrieve the majority of the resources used in their construction |
